In regards to inclement weather, no fees will be charged for the duration of bad weather but please reschedule as soon as possible. In all other cases, you must reschedule with in 3 days to avoid paying half price for the missed session. If too many sessions are missed for any reason, we reserve the right to decline any further business. We also reserve the right to judge circumstances on an individual basis. Please understand that time is valuable to you and to us.
If you have an expired gift certificate, we will honor half of the dollar value. You may use it for part of a payment on another session or other purchases. Our gift certificates expire after one year from the purchase date. If the gift certificate is lost, you may use your receipt as the gift certificate.
If you pay by check and the check does not go through correctly, we will charge a returned check fee and the balanced owed.
When you purchase a Massage Package, sessions cannot be divided or added together. This reduces the amount of confusion and helps make tracking your session use easier.
