    Karen Yonetz is a Maryland State Certified massage therapist in the Frederick area. A graduate from Baltimore School of Massage, she has practiced massage since 1999. Ms. Yonetz is certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Reflexology. She is also practicing Hot Stone massage and energy work.     Barbara Ritenour graduated from Baltimore School in 1999 as well and has been practicing for many years. She is certified in several styles of massage including Medical, Theraputic, and Pregnancy massage, as well as Lymphatic Decongestive Therapy. Barbara holds a teaching certificate to instruct in Infant Massage. In her spare time she volunteers at Hospice of Frederick County and is commited to help people heal and enjoy good health.     Sheila French is a long standing Registered Nurse and practitioner of Acupuncture. She has been practicing nursing since 1960 and continues to kepp up her training in that field.
